First Semester: These fees do not include the period of December 20, 2026 - January 2, 2027, as the residences are closed for the holiday break. All residence rooms should be vacant by December 20, 2026, unless a student has made prior arrangements for a move-out extension or has made a holiday break accommodation request (certain restrictions and additional fees apply). Second Semester: All residence rooms must be vacant within 48 hours after a student’s last class
