# CSK part of $2 million NSERC collaboration Canada's Smartest Kitchen at Holland College's Culinary Institute of Canada participated in a $2 million NSERC-funded Atlantic kelp research collaboration with Nova Scotia Community College and College of the North Atlantic. Holland College contributed food product development expertise, prototyping kelp-based foods and beverages.
