# Early Learning Centre Holland College's Early Learning Centre (License L4491) provides licensed childcare for children under five to students, staff, and the public. Open Monday–Friday 7:15 a.m.–5:30 p.m. in Charlottetown, PE. Fees are $10/day (all ages) or $5/day (Pre-K).
