# Distance Learning Program (DLP) The Distance Learning Program is for students who live outside of PEI and are seeking prerequisite requirements for Holland College post-secondary programs. Applicants must submit a high school transcript, photo ID, supporting documents, and learning requirements to assessments@hollandcollege.com.
